Summer always seems to end too soon. I always wish I could make it last seven months and have winter only last two. Wishful thinking I know, but heading to warmer temperatures during September and October does help me out as I attempt to squeeze every last drop out of the delicious summer sunshine.

This photo just reminds me of Spring. Maybe it’s because these pansies are the same colors as the crocus that first show at the beginning of Spring. Or, maybe it’s because the orangey yellow flower in the middle of all the purple reminds me to have hope that the warmer weather is coming soon.

Ahh March. I want to like you, but honestly, I’m usually just holding my breath until we get to April, or even May, or even June. Plus, you’re a bit of a tease. But then again, who am I to talk? But really, I am simply not cut out for cold weather, especially when little glimpses of Spring are dangling in front of me. You’re simply just too cold for me. So, I’ll wear green on the 17th and smile, but I’ve already made it through frigid January and February, so really I just want you to be over asap. The end.

There’s nothing like the change from winter to spring. Each year, I crave it more and more. As the weather warms up, so do the colors – both in weather and fashion. This spring, shades like aqua, orange and corals will rule the street. If you hear someone mention cool fanny packs it won’t be surprising if your first reaction is to laugh or assume it is some kind of a bad joke. The original fanny packs which came out in the 1980s were not exactly long-lasting fashions, at least not if you want to be seen as stylish and fashionable. This does not change the fact that fanny packs were originally made because they are potentially a very useful product.
Because of this, it should come as no surprise that there are many newer forms of the fanny pack being designed today. Designs look far different from the dorky or old lady look associated with fanny packs today.
